Requirements to Receive the Sacrament of Baptism ~ English

Under the age of eight: The sacrament of baptism for anyone under the age of eight is done with the permission of parents. This means that the child to be baptized has not yet reached their eighth birthday. Instruction is required. Please contact the parish office.

Adults and children over the age of 8:

Preparation for the sacrament of Baptism for those over the age of seven is done through the Rite of Christian Initiation. More information regarding becoming Catholic through the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) which is adapted for children and teens (OCIC), may be found on the Religious Education Page.
